BODY COMBAT
​

BODY COMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up calories in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Kickboxing and Muay Thai. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

FULL CONTACT KARATE

Kyokushin karate as the first Full Contact Karate style. Founded in the 1950s by Matsutatsu (Mas) Oyama. Kyokushin karate is the best way of personal growth, an opportunity to challenge one’s self beyond normal expectations, and is a fantastic confidence builder and excellent physical conditioning.

Due to the contact used at the advanced belt level, nothing less than complete respect, humility and understanding is tolerated.

Fighting skills will start by light, semi and then gradually to Full contact.

In Kick Fitness Group we help you to improve your Sparring and fighting skills by world and national champion instructors.
